Michael Eastham has been active in the Financial Services and Real Estate industries for nearly Twenty Five years. He has a BBA in Accounting from James Madison University, holds the designations of CPA, CRMS and is licensed in Insurance and Annuities. Mr. Eastham is passionate about continuing education and pushes himself to achieve excellence in all areas of life. He is active in the community as a member of his local church and through the Seminole County Regional Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Eastham is a graduate of Leadership Seminole and serves as Treasurer for the Envision Seminole Board of Directors. He teaches Continuing Education for Financial Planners, Insurance Advisors, Attorneys and the Florida Association of Realtors. Mr. Eastham has published numerous articles and is a recognized expert in the areas of financial strategies and mortgage planning. As the host of the radio show, “Your Home, Your Money”, Mr. Eastham is able to share his knowledge, insight and passion for proper cash flow management and personal strategies to accomplish his clients’ financial goals.

Michael and his wife Vickie have been married for more than 17 years, have 4 children and reside in Lake Mary, Florida.

John Ripley grew up in the Washington, DC area before attending Texas A&M University and graduating in 1985 with a BS in Economics. He served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps in Hawaii from 1986 - 1990. In 1990, John and his wife relocated to Perth, West Australia to serve in the development of a local church there. In 1994 John and his wife moved to Florida where he furthered his successful career as a sales professional. John brings over 15 years experience in professional sales, finance and has been successful as a Real Estate investor since 1988.

Mr. Ripley is a published author and is a recognized expert in the development of long range financial strategies that enhance retirement resources. As Host of the radio show Your Home Your Money, John is able to offer insight and advice to listeners in a fun and compelling format. He is active in professional, social and philanthropic endeavors throughout Florida. John is an avid drummer and he pursues this passion with great enthusiasm.

John and his wife Christine have two children, Emily & Olivia and live in the Orlando, Florida metropolitan area.
